Domestic Shipping
When ordering, please specify the type of service you require. If you don't specify a shipping method, we will choose the lowest cost service from the following: USPS Priority Mail/1st class mail or UPS ground. In general, USPS is lower cost for small light packages and UPS will be lower cost for the heavier packages.
International Shipping
We offer Worldwide Shipping on almost all of our products. When ordering, please be as detailed on your address as possible.
International shipping rates vary greatly depending on the destination and the type of service required. The lowest cost shipping is US mail Air Parcel post or US Global Priority Mail. We can also ship by Federal Express or United Parcel Service, but the cost is typically $30.00 or more.

Return Policy
Must return the product to us undamaged AND in perfect condition. The product must be unregistered, and with all manuals and enclosures that shipped with the product. If it is a Retail Box product, you must return it in a protective cardboard box or other similar shipping carton like the one we used to ship it to you originally. Damaged and/or incomplete products are subject to restocking fees of from 10% to 50%. In cases of major damage or abuse, the product may be refused.

To avoid costly returns, check the System Requirements for each title. Be sure you have at least all of the system requirements before ordering. If there are any questions, please contact us before you order.
In cases of return, you must obtain an RMA number prior to returning the product. Email custserv@easytechshopping.com with Your Name, Your Order Number (invoice number on your invoice), the title of the product, and the specific problem you have encountered. Products returned without an RMA number will not be accepted and a credit will not be issued.
If we have sent you an incorrect product by mistake, we will replace it with the correct product at no cost to you. Email us at sales@easytechshopping.com for a replacement shipment. We will include a prepaid return mailer in your replacement shipment that you can use to return the incorrect product to us.
